My name is Solomon, I am from Nigeria, I came to Canada in July of 2017. I have a background in IT security auditing and compliance, so it's a lot of many things within the cybersecurity ecosystem. That's the kind of service I provide and my journey in Canada so far has been very rewarding very eye-opening.

I was able to transfer a great chunk of my previous career experience, I was able to transfer it over here and to find my fit. So it's been a great journey.

So what would you say about what we're doing here with the Canadian Access Program? We're helping people you know to approach the Canadian job market and really "crack" the Canadian job market and accessing those jobs either physically like you, so we provide the Legal support or remotely doing consulting remotely.

So what would you say about this kind of initiative and what's the value for these folks? I think what you're doing JL is very very laudable. I took a course in economics recently I was talking about as globalization advances it's gonna be more mobility of labour and the boundaries of labour are gonna be blurred out.

Right what you're doing is you're actually turbo charging that process and you're helping people to access markets they will never have accessed. So, say for example you were in India and you could only sell your services to an Indian market, your expertise to an Indian market. Now what you are doing you've added a whole new continent to what to do, to the marketplace. So it kind of ups your value and it gives you broader experience on all of this job market.

I think it's a very very good and laudable Program that you're running and especially for people who come from regions that speak English it's a fantastic opportunity to really really tap into this Program because landing here as a new immigrant I did not have the language barrier if you speak you speak English you speak French, Canada is a perfect place for you because there are jobs that require for you to be fluent in French, be bilingual, or be fluent in English.

So there is something for everyone, if you are from regions that speak either English or French. And it kind of of makes your opportunity broader so you are not limited by the by the size of your local market. There's now a new market where you can sell your skills.

I would strongly suggest that everyone should take the Program serious and participate, then you will learn something and learn new techniques, new methods, new resources to tap into the Canadian job market.

Are you learning French? I am taking some conversational French but I cannot stop midway, it's very high on my list of things I need to learn once I'm done with the MBA, I need to learn it, I need to learn French and I need to learn the guitar... yes this is very very high in my list.
